10. Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World

The thing that gets me about this book is not simply its fantastic cupcakes, but its style.  Isa and Terry’s cookbook is packed with punchy recipes that’ll get you giggling and drooling and screaming until you don’t know what’s coming out of your mouth. Add to that the snazzy cupcake photography, and you have the best cupcake cookbook on the market.
